AmMax Bio Privacy Policy

AmMax Bio, Inc. (“AmMax”, “we” or “us”) provides its website and related online services (collectively, the “Site”) to visitors and users of the Site (each, a “User” or “you”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we may collect through the Site and how we use, disclose and protect such information. This Privacy Policy also describes certain choices you may make regarding your information. When you access or use the Site in any manner, this Privacy Policy applies to you so please read it carefully.

I. Data We Collect

We may collect Usage Data (as defined below) in connection with your use of the Site. “Usage Data” is information which does not identify you or any other individual and which relates to your web usage.   • We may disclose Personal Data to our third-party service providers that assist us in maintaining the Site;

  • We may use Personal Data in relation to a change in control of our business, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of substantially all of our assets, and we may disclose Personal Data to the other party or parties involved in such a change in control.

III. Our Service Providers

As explained above, we may disclose both Usage Data and Personal Data to third-party service providers that assist us with certain functions, such as maintaining the Site. For example, to support the operation of the Site, we may disclose Usage Data and Personal Data to a web hosting service provider.

We carefully assess our service providers, engaging only those providers that employ reasonable and appropriate data privacy and security measures; however, we do not control our third-party service providers.

IV. Third-Party Websites

You may find links to third-party websites on our Site. These links are provided for convenience only and the inclusion of such links on our Site does not signify our endorsement or recommendation of such third-party websites. We are not responsible for any third-party website or the manner in which your data may be collected, used or disclosed by the operators of those third-party websites. When you visit a third party’s website, we encourage you to read the privacy policy which applies to your use of that website. 

V. Data Security

We implement security measures which are designed to protect the data we collect on the Site. These measures may include, for example, regular monitoring of servers and data infrastructure to enable prompt response to any threats, regular automated backups of data, deployment of spam and malware protection tools, and use of firewalls to control network traffic. Through use of these measures, we aim to prevent any unauthorized access to or use of data; please note however, despite the measures we have put in place, there are certain inherent risks associated with transmitting information over the Internet, and we therefore cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use of information will never occur.

VI. Choices Regarding Your Personal Data

You may request that we modify or delete Personal Data that we maintain about you. If you wish to make such a request, you may contact us at info@ammaxbio.com. We will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request and will respond to your request in any event as required by applicable laws.

VII. Children Under 13

The Site is not directed to or intended for use by children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children under 13. In cases where a User becomes aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we ask such User to notify us at info@ammaxbio.com. Upon receiving such notification, we will seek to promptly delete the Personal Data.

VIII. Cookies

We use certain cookies on the Site for purposes described below. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or device when you visit the Site. We use ‘strictly necessary’ cookies, which are cookies that are essential in order to make the Site function properly. You cannot reject these cookies as the Site cannot function properly without them.

IX. International Transfers

In connection with operating our Site, your Personal Data may be transferred from the country in which you access the Site to other countries in which we maintain such Personal Data. Data privacy laws in the country where Personal Data is transferred may not be the same as the laws applicable in the country where your Personal Data was collected.
